Hiyashi Chuka

Recipe of cold Chinese noodle
For 2 people

Boil 200 g of spaghetti with 2 tablespoons of Baking Soda and salt.
Make the sauce while boiling.
★ Soy sauce 50 cc
★ Vinegar 60 cc
★ water 70 cc
★ sugar 20 g
★ salt 1 knob
★ Sesame oil 1 tsp
Put everything in a pan until sugar is dissolved and let cool.
Add Eggs Tomatoes, Cucumbers (whatever you like)a

I normally drizzle a bit of quality sesame oil, sesame and some seaweed.
